Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order where an error has occurred, in which case you'll receive a full refund. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation.

Products

We take care to display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and small variations are a natural characteristic of garments made predominantly from natural fibres.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the WOVN name, logo, imagery and copy, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
