Shipping

How much is shipping?
Australia: free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD, otherwise $11 standard or $15 express. New Zealand: $15 flat.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Perth within 1–2 business days. As a guide, allow 2–8 business days within Australia and 6–12 business days to New Zealand. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?
Not yet — but we're expanding based on demand. Email hello@wearwovn.com.au and tell us where you are; it genuinely shapes where we ship next.

Returns

What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns. Items must be in resellable condition — unworn (trying on is fine), unwashed, with tags attached — and return shipping is at your expense. Faulty items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law, with return shipping on us. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.

Product & fit

What are your pieces made from?
90% GOTS-certified organic cotton and 10% LYCRA® elastane, finished with OEKO-TEX® certified dyes. The small amount of elastane is what lets cotton stretch, recover and hold its shape as activewear.

What sizes do you carry?
Our womens collection runs XS–XL. A detailed size guide with garment measurements lives on every product page.

How do I care for my WOVN pieces?
A gentle cold machine wash and line drying in the shade will keep organic cotton at its best. Full care details are on each garment's care label.

Menswear

When is menswear launching?
Soon — our first mens pieces (an organic cotton short, oversized vest and unisex oversized tee) are in development. Join the waitlist on any mens product page to be first to know.
